摘要
加强工程竣工结算审核是合理确定和有效控制工程造价的重要措施。文章针对工程结算中存在多算、冒算、高套定额单价和高套取费标准的现象,提出在工程竣工结算审核中应注意的问题及采取的相应措施,以有效控制工程造价。
Improving project final account and auditing refers to an important measure to confirm and effectively control engineering project costs. The paper points out some problems in project final accoun4 such as false accounting, fake cost calculation, over high unit price quota, and standards for collecting fees. Based on them, it puts forward some issues needed to be paid attention to and the related measures, for effectively controlling project costs.
