摘要
1 引言随着软件技术的不断发展,软件系统日益庞大,其使用也变得越来越繁杂。要使计算机能够面向广大非专业用户,就必须降低软件使用的复杂度,提供强有力的帮助,使用户能够更好、更快地掌握系统的使用方法,最大限度地利用软件。目前,软件帮助系统已有了一定的发展,但相对软件的整体发展是滞后的。其缺点有:①系统缺乏统一的框架和标准;②系统缺乏帮助用户完成工作的主动能力,其功能需要通过用户繁琐的查找过程来实现;③系统缺乏智能化支持,难于解决用户在动态的使用环境下遇到的具体问题;
It is necessary to provide users with friendly help system as the complexity of modern software grows rapidly. In this paper .an intelligent help system based on KDD(IHS) ,which can provide active ,personal help for users of windows applications,is presented. And some details of implementations are also discussed.
