摘要
为帮助航运公司预判船舶是否能顺利通过PSC(Port Statc Control)检查,按时完成航行计划,建立了PSC检查体系,在此基础上采用模糊综合评判的方法,构建航前船舶PSC检查预判模型,并运用实例证明预判PSC检查结果与实际PSC检查结果相符,说明了该模型在航运公司预判PSC检查结果方面的可行性与适用性.
In order to help the shipping company to predict whether its ship could successfully pass PSC inspection so as to fultill the navigation on time,a PSC inspection system was established,and then a model for PSC inspection prediction was designed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.A study of some cases showed that the prediction model gave the same result as the result of actual PSC inspection.This proved that the model was feasible and applicable to PSC inspection prediction.
