接地网防腐蚀用Al-Zn复合涂层的防腐蚀性能试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用热喷涂技术是近年来电力系统接地网防腐蚀的重要方法。热喷涂Al涂层能够起到减缓腐蚀的效果,但其对土壤中的Cl-敏感,容易造成点蚀。Al-Zn复合涂层既能够克服Al涂层对Cl-敏感的缺点,又能够发挥更好的抗腐蚀效果。通过对选用不同配比的Al-Zn复合涂层进行防腐蚀性能试验,证明Al、Zn质量分数分别为85%和15%的Al-15Zn复合涂层具有较低的腐蚀速率,同时具有较好的导电性,适合对接地网实施防腐蚀治理。 It is a very important method to adopt hot spray coating technology for anti-corrosion grounded grid in electric power system in recent years.Hot spray Al coating could slow down corrosion,but it is so sensitive to Cl-in soil that pitting corrosion is easily caused.Not only can Al-Zn composite coating overcome defect of such sensitive,but can make a better resistance to corrosion effects.Through the selection of different ratio of Al-Zn composite coating for corrosion prevention performance tests,it is proved that composite Al-15Zn coating is in very low corrosion rate,with Al-Zn mass fraction at 15% and 85% respectively,Al-Zn composite coating also has better conductivity,for implementation of grounding network corrosion control.
