摘要
本研究对 1～ 43日龄内的大口鲇仔鱼消化道组织学进行了观察 ;描述了大口鲇不同发育阶段的口裂、口咽腔、食道、胃、前肠、后肠等组织和器官的组织学结构的变化 ;对口裂宽、口裂高与全长进行了比较 ;讨论了仔鱼消化系统的早期发育特点与摄食。
The histology of digestive tract of Silurus meridionalis larvae after hatching (from 1 to 43 days) was observed. The histological structural changes of some tissues or organs (mouth, oral and pharynx cavity, esophagus, stomach, foregut, hindgut) were described, the width and the height of mouth cleavage with the total body length were compared, the relationship between the characteristics of the early development of digestive canal and feeding and the way of life was discussed in this research.\;
