摘要
民国时期中国实现了由传统王朝国家政治体制向近代民主政治体制的跨越,中国边疆地区的社会政治形态也相应地发生着改变。西南边疆的社会政治生态在这一时期也经历了复杂的演变。由于列强对西南边疆的贪觊,不断地向西南边疆进行政治、经济、文化渗透,西南边疆问题被迫卷入了国际化因素,这也是近代中国边疆问题的一个突出特征。西南边疆地区的民族与宗教庞杂,存在着政教合一、土司制度等政治制度,增加了西南边疆问题的复杂性。民国时期西南边疆复杂的社会政治生态是近代以来中国边疆社会政治形势不断变化、演变的表现,也是近代中国边疆问题的缩影。通过对西南边疆复杂社会政治生态的分析、总结,对于深刻认识近代西南乃至中国边疆问题的复杂与严重有着重要意义,有助于形成对近代中国民族国家构筑历程的理性认识。
In the Republic of China,China realizes the leapfrogging from the feudal empire to modern democratic Political system and frontier＇s social and Political states also change respectively.The southwestern frontier undergoes complicated changes.Because of powerful western countries＇ ambition,they infiltrate their economy,Politicals and culture into the frontier and frontier problems become internationalized which is a profiled feature in China frontier problems.Various minorities and religions,integration of Politicals and religion and chieftain system make the frontier problem more complicated.Southwestern frontier complicated social and Political state displays the change of frontier society and also a miniature of frontier problems.The paper＇s analysis on the frontier＇s complicated social and Political state plays an import role in understanding problems in modern southwestern frontier and China frontier and helps to form rational understanding of China nationality＇s construction process.
