摘要
利用Viktorov公式推导了单一模式超声波(纵波、横波或表面波)声速与金属材料杨氏模量E或剪切模量G之间的近似关系式:(E,G)=(αi,βi)ρV 2i.通过这种方法测试了A3钢和铝合金(7055)试样的杨氏模量和剪切模量,并与公认值进行比较.结果表明,实验值与公认值相接近,可以满足工程材料测试的需要.在实际测量中,可根据试样的形状、尺寸等选择对应模式的超声波进行测试.该方法作为一种无损检测的方法,具有快速、便捷等特点.
In this paper, (E,G) = ((E,G)=(α1,β1)p^V21, the approximate expressions between the velocities of single propagating mode wave (longitudinal, transverse or surface wave) and Yoang's modulus (E) or shear modulus (G) are deduced by Viktorov formula and physically acceptable approximations. Young's and shear modulus of steel A3 and aluminum alloy (7055) specimens are measured by this metlhod and compared with the generally acknowledged values. The results indicate that the experimental values agree well with the generally acknowl-edged values and can meet the demands of engineering measurement. Furthermore, the different modes of wave can be choosed to test according to shape and dimension of materials in actual application. This method as a nondestructive testing method is fast and convenient to obtain the Young's and shear modulus.
