分娩方式对近期盆底组织功能的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨分娩方式对盆底组织功能的影响。方法将初次妊娠孕妇168例根椐分娩方式的不同分为剖宫产组92例和阴道分娩组76例。比较2组尿失禁发生率及盆底肌电图测定结果。结果剖宫产组尿失禁发生率为6.5%低于阴道分娩组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组盆底肌电图测定活力值、功值、峰值、速度值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产可减少阴道分娩对盆底肌肉和神经的损伤,尿失禁发生率明显低于阴道顺产。
