摘要
采用室内生物测定方法,研究了水稻残茬秸秆浸提液的自毒作用。结果表明,水稻秸秆浸提液对水稻种子萌发和水稻幼苗生理活性的影响因浸提液浓度不同而有差异,随着浸提液浓度的增大,抑制作用增强,RI绝对值增大。当浸提液浓度稀释至1∶40时化感作用略微表现为促进作用,与空白试验结果相近。
The autotoxity effects of aqueous extracts from rice stubble straw were determined by means of bioassay in laboratory. The resuhs showed that the influences of aqueous extracts of rice straw varied according to different concentrations to seed germination and rice seedling physiological activity. With the increasing of extract concentration, inhibition enhanced, RI absolute value increased. When Dilution of the extract to 1:40, allelopathy was a slight performance role in promoting, similar with the blank test results.
