PRLR基因在内蒙古绒山羊下丘脑、垂体及卵巢中的表达 被引量:4

摘要 许多研究已表明PRLR基因是影响山羊繁殖力的一个候选基因。课题以内蒙古阿尔巴斯绒山羊为研究对象,利用RT-PCR技术检测PRLR基因在内蒙古绒山羊生殖轴的表达。结果表明,PRLR基因在内蒙古绒山羊下丘脑、垂体、卵巢中均有表达,说明下丘脑、垂体、卵巢是催乳素作用的靶器官,同时也阐明催乳素对内蒙古绒山羊的繁殖力的影响是通过与靶器官受体基因结合来发挥其功能的,为进一步探讨催乳素对内蒙古绒山羊繁殖影响的作用途径及调控机理奠定基础。 Prolactin is a horomone produced and secreted by lactotropic cells of the Anterior pituitary gland.More than 300 kinds of functions regμlated with prolactin and its repoctor had been reported.Many reseaches had showed that PRLR is a candidate gene which had an effect on the fertility of Inner Mongolian cashmere goats.This experient made Arbas Inner Mongolian cashmere goats as an object of study,using RT-PCR technology to check prolactin receptor gene expressed in ovary hypothalamus and pituitary of Inner Mongolian cashmere goats.It turned out that PRLR expressed in ovary hypothalamus and pituitary of Inner Mongolian cashmere goats.Therefore,ovary hypothalamus and pituitary were the target organs expressed PRLR.It also showed prolactin receptor had an effect on seasonal breeding mammals,which laid a foundation for making a further explore to the pathway and regμlation and control mechanism with prolactin.
