Factors Influencing Farming Households' Joining Farmer Specialized Cooperatives and Government Support Mechanism:A Literature Review

摘要在有关政策扶持机制理论研究中,农民专业合作社扶持机制是引人注目的领域之一。在认真梳理该领域主要研究文献的基础上,勾勒出农户加入农民专业合作社影响因素及政府扶持机制的大致线索。分析表明,政策法律、经济环境、社会文化环境、农产品特征、技术环境、农户个体特征及加入后在合作社中所处的角色等影响农户加入农民专业合作社。虽然政府对农民专业合作社扶持力度不断加大,但合作社农户对政府扶持政策优先次序和满意度如何,目前的经验和对策性研究似乎还无法给出确定的答案。 Support mechanism of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives has become an eyecatching field of study.This paper,based on a careful literature review,attempts to outline the factors influencing farming households＇ willingness to join Farmer Specialized Cooperatives with the hope of providing some insight into the government support mechanism.The analysis indicated that,policy and law,economic environment,social cultural environment,and characteristics of agricultural products,technical environment,farmers＇ individual characteristics and their role in it after joining Farmer Specialized Cooperatives all affect their participation willingness.Although the government is constantly increasing its support for Farmer Specialized Cooperatives,current experience and countermeasure studies have not yet obtained definite answes on how farmers feel about prioritizing and government policy support.
