摘要
[目的]为探讨不同酶制剂量处理枯黄玉米秸秆对肉牛生产性能的影响。[方法]分别在枯黄玉米秸秆中添加0‰、0.5‰、1‰、1.5‰的酶制剂,进行发酵处理,测定饲喂肉牛的采食量和日增重。[结果]显示:经过60d的饲喂试验,枯黄玉米秸秆中添加1‰的酶制剂调制育肥肉牛效果最佳,日增重比对照组的0.965kg增加23.49%以上,达到1.192kg,差异显著。[结论]酶化处理枯黄玉米秸秆,秸秆适口性增强,饲喂肉牛采食量和日增重明显提高,经济效益显著。
[Objective]To explore the effects on beef production performance by different enzyme dosages processing on yellow corn straw influence. [Method]Different dosages of enzymic preparations of 0‰, 0.5‰,1‰ and 1.5‰ were added in the yellow corn straw. After fermentation treatment,the feed intake and daily weight gain were detected. [Result] After 60 days feeding experiment, adding 1%o enzymic preparation in yellow corn straw had the best feeding effect. The daily weight gain was 1. 192 kg, which increased by over 23.49% than the 0. 965 kg of the control. The difference was significant. [Conclusion]Enzymatic processing on yellow corn straw could enhance straw palatability, improve feeding feed intake and daily weight gain. The economic benefit was remarkable.
