摘要
目的了解汕头市社区高血压病患者的服药依从性和对高血压知识的掌握程度。方法选取问卷调查的方法对汕头市社区30名高血压患者进行服药依从性及高血压知识进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果患者的服药依从性较差,其中40%不注意服药,56.7%有忘记服药的经历者,53.3%曾自行停药;高血压病患者高血压相关知识也较缺乏,80%的患者不及格。结论汕头市社区高血压病患者对疾病本身认识不足,总体态度和行为水平不高。解决策略主要包括针对高血压病患者的健康需求开展以高血压疾病综合防制为主的宣传活动,帮助群众养成良好的健康习惯。
Objective To investigate the medication compliance and the knowledge of hypertension in patients with hypertension in Shantou community. Methods Questionnaire was used to evaluate the medication compliance and the knowledge of 30 hypertension patients. Results The medication compliance of hypertension patients was poor. About 40% of the patients did not take medication accurately. And the knowledge mastering rate was also poor. About 80% of the patients could not answer more than half of the questions about hypertension. Conclusion The medication compliance and the knowledge of hypertension in patients with hypertension in Shantou community were not so good. To resolve the situation, the health education program should be carried out.
