摘要
通过室内饲养观察,测定各发育阶段的存活率、雌雄性比、产卵量,组建了茶毛虫(Euproctis pseudoconsper-sa)实验种群生命表。在(23.5±0.5)℃恒温条件下饲养,种群趋势指数为19.5;而卵至蛹前期在(23.5±0.5)℃恒温,蛹后期至成虫期分别在日平均温度18、23、27℃的自然变温条件下饲养,种群趋势指数分别为25.4、62.4和44.0,以日平均温度23℃的自然变温条件下种群趋势指数最高,为恒温条件下饲养的3.2倍。茶毛虫室内饲养的最适条件为卵~蛹前期在(23.5±0.5)℃恒温条件下饲养,成虫羽化后在日平均温度23℃的自然变温下饲养。
It is aimed to set up life tables of the laboratory population of tea caterpillar,so as to provide scientific basis for mass rearing practice.Mass rearing experiment of tea caterpillar and its biological observation were carried out in the lab.Life tables of the laboratory population were constructed.Population trend index reached 19.5 when the caterpillar was reared at(23.5±0.5)℃ throughout its whole life.However,population trend index reached 25.4,62.4 and 44.0,respectively,when it was reared at(23.5±0.5)℃ from egg to pupa and after pupal eclosion at the average natural temperatures 18 ℃,23 ℃ and 27 ℃.The perfect conditions for mass rearing were that egg,larvae and pupae should be reared at the constant temperature(23.5±0.5)℃,whereas adults reared at the natural temperature 23 ℃.
