摘要
神经根型颈椎病有其明确的病因、明显的体征、典型的症状。近年来,在人群中呈高发及年轻化趋势,目前的治疗方案以保守治疗为主,包括药物、牵引、针灸推拿、功能锻炼等。于天源教授从事推拿学的临床与教学20余年,在神经根型颈椎病的治疗方面积累了扎实的基础理论知识与丰富的临床诊疗经验,并在此之上,总结出"四步六法"治疗神经根型颈椎病的理论方法,疗效显著。于天源教授的"四步六法"从中西医结合角度深刻剖析了神经根型颈椎病的病因、病灶部位,并提出了针对性的治疗方案,同时为推拿学理论的研究总结提供了一种思路。
Cervical SPondylotic Radiculopathy（CSR） has the clear etiology,obvious signs,and typical symptoms.In recent years,it showed a high incidence and getting younger and younger of the crowd.The current treatment options based on conservative,including drugs,traction,acupuncture,tuina,functional training and so on.Professor YU Tian-yuan study on tuina from clinical and teaching for more than 20 years,he accumulated a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge and a wealth of clinical practice experience in the treatment of CSR,and based on this,he summaryed and formed the theoretical methods about ＇four steps six methods＇ in remedying CSR.The patients have a favorable reception because of its significant effect.Professor Yu,s ＇four steps six methods＇ analysis the cause and the lesion site of the CSR from the angle of combination of Chinese traditional and western Medicine,puts forward a corresponding treatment,and meanwhile,provides an idea in studying and summering for the Theory of tuina.
