摘要
[目的]研究金耳菌丝体多糖对四氧嘧啶致高血糖模型小鼠血糖及糖耐量的调节作用。[方法]选用昆明种雌性小鼠,将以四氧嘧啶尾静脉注射诱导的高血糖小鼠随机分成4组,分别为低(50 mg/kg)、中(100 mg/kg)、高(150 mg/kg)剂量组和高血糖模型对照组,另设正常对照组。各剂量组连续灌胃金耳菌丝体多糖28 d后,研究金耳菌丝体多糖对高血糖小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响。[结果]与模型组相比,各剂量组的体重显著提高(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠空腹血糖值明显降低15.4%(P<0.05)。糖耐量测定中,与模型对照组相比,高剂量组灌胃葡萄糖0.5和2 h后血清血糖值分别降低了9.4%(P<0.05)和12.8%(P<0.05),血糖曲线下面积降低了10.3%(P<0.05)。[结论]150 mg/kg剂量组的金耳菌丝体多糖降低高血糖小鼠血糖的作用并能增强糖尿病小鼠的葡萄糖耐受能力;50、100和150 mg/kg剂量组的金耳菌丝体多糖能够改善高血糖小鼠体重减轻症状。
[Objective] To study the hypoglycemic activity and the effect on oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) of polysaccharides from Tremella Aurantialba mycelium(TMP) in experimental diabetic mice induced by alloxan.[Method] The anti-hyperglycemic effect of TMP was investigated in diabetic female mice induced by alloxan.The mice were divided into 4 groups,which were low-dose group(50 mg/kg),middle-dose group(100 mg/kg),high-dose group(150 mg/kg) and diabetic model control group.And the normal control group was also established.Fed with TMP by intragastric administration for 28 d,the hypoglycemic effect and OGTT were tested.[Result] Compared with model group,the body weight of low-,middle-and high-dose groups increased significantly(P0.05).The serum glucose value of high-dose group decreased obviously by 15.4%(P0.05).In OGTT,compared with model control group,the values of serum glucose after fed with glucose for 0.5 and 2 h were reduced by 9.4%(P0.05) and 12.8%(P0.05) respectively.The area of glucose curve declined by 10.3%(P0.05).[Conclusion] TMP fed with 150 mg/kg had obvious hypoglycemic activity and the ability of glucose tolerance.TMP fed with 50,100 and 150 mg/kg could decrease the weight losing of diabetic mice.
