摘要
目的:观察刺络放血与热敏灸相结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将160例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组100例和对照组60例。治疗组采用刺络放血与热敏灸相结合治疗。对照组采用西医药物常规治疗。治疗2个疗程后对比疗效并随访半年比较复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率98%,对照组总有效率为88.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为8%,对照组为35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用刺络放血与热敏灸相结合治疗痛风性关节炎疗效优于西药治疗,且复发率较低。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking blood therapy combined with thermal inflammation of gouty arthritis.Methods：160 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group,100 patients and a control group of 60 cases.Treatment group was used by pricking blood therapy combined with thermal moxibustion.The control group with conventional western medicine treatment.After two treatment courses,we contrasted the curative effect and made a follow-up visit for half year for the comparison of recurrence rate.Results：Effective rate was 98% in the treatment group.In contrast to 88.3% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Treatment recurrence rate was 8%.Control group was 35%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The blood-letting puncture combined with thermal moxibustion in the treatment of gouty arthritis is superior to western medicine.Besides,relapse rate is lower.
