摘要
在职体育教师的专业成长是体育教师教育的重要组成部分,而体育教师专业标准则对体育教师的专业成长起着引领作用。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,论述并分析了美国NBPTS协会制订体育教师专业标准的背景、以及体育教师专业标准体系的内容。最后概括了该标准体系的特点以及对我国体育教师专业标准研究的启示。
Professional development of in-service physical education teachers is an important part of PE teacher education;however,professional standards for physical education teachers play a leading role in PE teachers＇ professional development.Through using literature and logical analysis,this paper mainly discussesed and analyzed the background of developing PE teachers professional standards in NBPTS,and introduced the content of professional standards for physical education teachers.At last,it summarized the characteristics of the standards,and proposed the enlightenment for the research of PE teacher education.
