摘要
以高校图书馆办公室绩效评价行为为研究基点,并选择主体的变化进行分析.结合海南大学图书馆绩效评价的具体实践,认为高校图书馆办公室可选择模糊优化模型来实现绩效评价.本模型将高校图书馆办公室绩效评价行为选择的影响因素定义为一组影响因素集合,将人们的心理期望定义为一组目标特征集合,利用单向粗糙集(S-rough sets)和标准经验公式进行计算,从而决定高校图书馆办公室绩效评价行为的选择和优化.
In the report,University Library Office Performance Evaluation was studied,and the changes of subject were analyzed.Based on the library evaluation practice of Hainan University,it was suggested that the performance evaluation of university library office can be accomplished by the evaluation model of fuzzy optimization.The model defined related factors as a class of affecting factors and people expectation as a group of psychological characteristic of target set,and in which one way rough sets and standard experience formula were used to determine the choice and optimization of university library office performance behavior evaluation.
