纯钛肋骨接骨板治疗多根多处肋骨骨折 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察应用纯钛肋骨接骨板治疗多根多处肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 80例患者在全麻下采用纯钛肋骨接骨器内固定术治疗,其中单侧肋骨骨折46例,双侧肋骨骨折34例;合并胸腰椎骨折15例,肩胛骨骨折23例,颅脑损伤10例,胸腹联合伤5例,肺挫裂伤49例,血气胸60例,锁骨骨折12例。结果所有患者术后胸痛明显减轻,胸壁稳定,呼吸功能恢复,痊愈出院。术后2个月复查,无明显胸廓塌陷畸形,胸部X线片或CT示内固定牢固,肋骨骨折端骨性愈合。结论应用纯钛肋骨接骨板治疗多根多处肋骨骨折,手术简单,固定牢固,疗效显著。
