摘要
谈话教育是学生工作中一个重要的教育方法。与90后大学生进行谈话教育,不能一味地说教,辅导员能巧妙地运用谈话技巧,可以有效地融洽师生关系,解决学生的实际困难,同时有利于辅导员更有效地进行大学生的思想教育工作。
conversation education is an important method for counselors in their student work.Counselors conduct to educate 90＇ students,not blindly accused,but skillfully use conversation skills to effectively improve the teacher-student relationship and solve practical problems for students,as well as effectively carry out ideological education of college students.
