摘要 研究了大豆肽对小鼠免疫器官和免疫功能的影响。将120只小鼠随机分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、2%、4%的自制大豆肽,饲喂小鼠21 d后,以免疫器官指数、血清溶菌酶、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素为指标进行免疫功能的测定。结果表明,日粮中添加大豆肽可显著提高小鼠免疫器官指数,增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,激发小鼠抗鸡红细胞抗体的产生,而血清溶菌酶酶活则无明显差异,说明芽孢杆菌y-6发酵制备的大豆肽具有一定的免疫调节作用。 Objective to study the effects of soybean peptide on immune function in mice.120 mice were randomly divided into four groups. The control group was fed on a basal diet and the other three test group were provided with basal diet supplemented with 1%, 2%, 4% soybean peptide. To understand the change of immune function after feeding soybean peptide, indexes of immune organs, serum lysozyme, macrophage phagocytosis and hemolysin in serum were determined after having been fed for 21 days. The results indicated that soybean peptide could significantly enhance indexes of immune organs, heighten the phagocytose activity of peritoneal macrophages, promote the formation of hemolysin, but serum lysozyme activity of Experimental group was not significantly different from the control group. The results reflected soybean peptide has immunomodulating effect in normal mice.
