摘要
介绍了珠三角城际铁路佛肇线云山隧道下穿大棉涌河道的施工技术,通过现场分析和洞内施工情况反馈,确定了对河涌段隧道采用地表注浆、洞内管棚套打小导管等加固措施,开挖采用四步CD工法等,通过后期施工验证其加固效果明显,保证了隧道的施工安全,对今后类似工程具有一定借鉴与指导意义。
The study introduces the construction technique of Yunshan Tunnel down-traversing Damian stream channel of Foshan-Zhaoqing Railway along Pearl Triangle Intercity Railway,identifies some consolidation measures,including the surface grouting,and the implementation of small pipes into the pipe shed inside the tunnel according to the field analysis and the feedback about the construction situation inside the tunnel,adopts the four-step CD method in the excavation,and proves by the later construction checking that its consolidation effect is obvious,so it ensures the construction safety of the tunnel and provides certain direction for the similar projects in future.
