摘要
规划和布局高速公路出入口时,应从全局出发,充分考虑整个公路网系统的功能和要求,综合交通条件、自然条件及社会状况。本文在综合考虑城市行政等级、城市规模大小的基础上,建立了上层规划以高速公路出入口的用地和建设成本、改进交通网络的成本和区域内的出行成本最小为目标函数,下层规划以交通网络车辆弹性需求用户均衡配流的双层规划模型,通过优化算法,在备选的若干出入口能较好的实现多目标优化。
When planning and layout of the highway entrance, we proceed from the overall situation and full ac- count of the entire read network system functions and requirements, comprehensive transportation, natural conditions and social status. In this paper, considering the level of city administration, city size, based on the plan to build a highway entrances and exits of the upper land and construction costs, the cost and improve the transportation network within the region's travel cost minimization objective function, the underlying transport network plarnaing in order to with elastic de- mand user equilibrium traffic flow bi-level programming model, by optimizing the algorithm, the number of entrances and exits can be better alternative to achieve multi-objective optimization.
