摘要
随着扩大免疫规划的执行以及新型疫苗的不断开发和应用,儿童接种疫苗的针次越来越多,这不但增加了儿童接种疫苗的痛苦,也给家长和医务工作者带来诸多不便。因此,开发和应用接种1次能预防多种疾病的联合疫苗是发展的趋势。本文对国内外联合疫苗的最新研究进展作一综述。
Along with the implementation of the expanded programme on immunization （EPI） as well as the development and application of novel vaccines, children need to be vaccinated with more and more doses, which not only increases the pain of chil- dren, but also brings many inconvenience to the parents and medical workers. It is necessary to develop and apply combined vaccine which prevents several diseases by a single vaccination. This article describes the latest progress in research on combined vaccine home and abroad.
