摘要
目的调查我院2010年药物应用情况,为促进临床用药的合理性提供参考依据。方法采用ABC分析法,对我院2010年药品使用数量、销售金额及品种数进行统计分析,并着重对A类药品的药理学分类进行用药分析。结果 A类药品占药品总数量的10.49%,B类药品占14.47%,C类药品占75.04%。其中,A类药品高度集中在抗感染药物及抗肿瘤及辅助药物。结论我院用药结构基本合理,但抗感染药物应用仍然存在不合理之处,亟待干预,以促进合理用药。
Objective To investigate the status of drug application in our hospital in 2010, so as to provide reference for rational drug use and the clinical management of drugs. Methods The ABC analysis was adopted to analyze the amount of drug retail,the quantitity of drug use and the varieties of drug. The pharmacological classification and of the use of class A drugs were also analyzed. Results Class A, B, and C drugs accounted for 10.49% ,14.47% ,and 75.04% of total drugs respectively. Class A drugs were highly concentrated on antimicrobial agents and antineoplastic drugs. Conclusion The drug structure in our hospital is basically rational. The application of antibacterial is still irrational and need to be intervened, so as to promote the rational drug use.
