摘要
冠心病是一种常见的心脏病,其发病率和死亡率较高,据世界卫生组织(WHO)估计,到2020年左右,我国会迎来心血管疾病(主要为冠心病)的"流行高峰"[1],对50例冠心病患者进行责任制整体护理及健康教育,以患者为中心,突出解决患者健康问题,从方便患者,解决患者需要为出发点,为患者提供全面,全程,连续性的护理服务,取得了满意的临床护理效果。
As a common cardiac disease, coronary disease has high incidence and mortality. According to WHO＇ s estimate, up to around 2012, China would meet a ＂prevailing high peak＂ of coronary disease. Fifty patients with coronary disease were put under primary holistic nursing and health education by Medical Department of our hospital. Centered on patients, we focused on tackling with health problems of patients and began with helping patients and satisfying their needs so as to offer them total, full - range and continuous care with the result of obtaining satisfactory clinical nursing effects.
