摘要 文中的目的是优选出排水管道非开挖内衬修复的适用工艺。首先根据排水管道的特点和需要,简要论述了排水管道内衬修复工艺应具备的一般特征;并以此为依据,通过不同修复技术的对比,提出CIPP非开挖内衬修复技术是比较适宜的;进一步通过100%免开挖、材料性能对比、不同的固化方式和内膜脱除要求,摒弃了CIPP翻转法内衬修复技术工艺,最后以泰丰路排水管道的成功修复,得出CIPP拉入法内衬技术是排水管道修复最适用的工艺技术。 The purpose of this paper is to optimize the application process of the trenchless lining rehabilitation of drainage pipeline.According to the characteristics and needs of a sewer,it discusses the general characteristics of the sewer's lining repair process.In comparison with different restoration techniques proposed,CIPP trenchless lining repair technique is more appropriate.The technique further meets the requirements of 100% free excavation,materials performance comparison,different curing methods and endometrial removal,completely discarding the inversion process of CIPP.Finally by taking the successful repair of the Tai-Feng Road as an example,it draws a conclusion that the CIPP pull-in-place method is the most suitable drain process of pipe repair.
