摘要
目的观察配戴双光眼镜对屈光不正性弱视的治疗效果。方法临床病例对照研究。对2006年10月至2010年8月在绵阳市中心医院眼科就诊的病人，年龄5—11岁、矫正视力0．1～0．5、屈光状态为中高度远视的屈光不正性弱视150例，随机分为全矫组、双光镜组、欠矫组计3组，每组50例。所有患者均用阿托品眼膏涂眼3d，然后检影验光。全矫组随即予以足度数配镜，而双光镜组、欠矫组3周后复验，以获得最佳矫正视力的最高度数配镜，双光镜组欠矫度数以下加光镜补充。同时给予弱视的常规治疗。结果随访1年后双光镜组矫正视力为0．93±0．23，全矫组0．75±0．17，欠矫组0．61±0．11，其中双光镜组与全矫组（q=3．0132，P=O．005），双光镜组与欠矫组（叮=3．4857，P＝0．002），全矫组与欠矫组（q=2．5216，P=0．017）两两比较均差异有统计学意义。结论屈光不正性弱视眼的视远调节相对过度，视近调节相对不足，双光眼镜是屈光不正性弱视较为理想的屈光矫正方法。
Objective To observe the effects of bifocals on ametropic amblyopia. Methods One hundred and fifty cases with ametropic amblyopia （aged 5-11, best corrected vision 0.1-0.5 and middle or high powers of hypermetropia） were divide into three groups randomly and equally： full correction group, bifocals group and partial correction group. Every case was given atropine eye oint- ment for three days, then retinoscopy optometry. Patients in full correction group wear glasses with full correction. Cases in bifocals group and partial correction group were reviewed after three weeks to obtain highest degree lens for best corrected vision and to increase the presbyopic add while partial correction. Every group was given conventional therapy to amblyopia. Results The corrected visual acuity of patients was 0.93±0.23 in bifocals group, 0.75±0.17 in full correction group, 0.61±0.11 in partial correction group. The differences between bifocals group and full correction group, bifocals group and partial correction group, full correction group and partial correction group were statistical- ly significant （q =3.0132, P =0.005; q =3.4857, P =0.002; q =2.5216, P =0.017）. Conclusions Ac- commodation of ametropic amblyopia is relatively excessive while distant vision and insufficient while near visionl Bifocals will be perfect choice for correcting ametropic amblyopia.
