摘要
目的:为研究元胡止痛制剂的物质基础并建立其特征图谱,比较不同剂型间差异。方法:采用液-质联用(LC-MS)技术,通过质谱信息结合文献报道,分离鉴定了15个化合物;并在此基础上建立了元胡止痛系列制剂的特征图谱,比较了5种不同剂型的元胡止痛制剂特征图谱。结果:元胡止痛制剂化学成分主要包括生物碱及香豆素两大类。建立元胡止痛系列制剂的特征图谱,方法准确可靠,各剂型间比较结果差异显著。结论:该研究阐明了元胡止痛制剂的化学组成,为药效学研究提供了物质基础;比较不同剂型间差异,为剂型合理性研究奠定基础。建立元胡止痛系列制剂的特征图谱,可作为其整体质量评价依据。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the material basis of Yuanhuzhitong (corydails tuber relieving pain)preparation, build the featureprints, and compare the difference between a series of preparations. MEII-IODS A rapid, sensitive and selective method using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) was used. Through analyzing the information from mass spectrometry and combining the references, 15 peaks were identified. On the basis of above analysis, the featureprints of Yuanhuzhitong series preparations was established and the featureprints of 5 different preparations were compared. RESULTS The resuhs indicted that alkaloids and coumarins were the main compositions in Yuanhuzhitong. The established the featureprint of Yuanhuzhitong preparation was accuracy, reliable. There was significant diversity between various preparation. CONCLUSION The known chemical composition of Yuanhuzhitong preparationcould offer material basis for its pharmacodynamie research and the diversity between various preparation could offer the basis for its formulation research. The featureprints method estab lished in this study could be used for the holistic quality evaluation of Yuanhuzhitong.
