摘要
目的观察介入治疗布加氏综合症合并下腔静脉血栓的治疗效果,探讨围手术期的护理方法。方法收集9例布-加氏综合征合并下腔静脉血栓形成行下腔静脉球囊扩张及血管支架置入术的病例,分析围手术期内采取的专科护理方法,观察治疗前后患者的症状变化及不良反应。结果通过有效的围手术期护理,患者临床症状均得到明显改善,无并发症病例发生。结论精心细致的专科护理和各有侧重的观察对治疗成功具有重要价值。
Objective To observe the effects of treatment by interventional treatment for Budd-Chiari syndrome with inferior vena cava thrombosis,to explore perioperative nursing.Methods Collection of nine cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome with inferior vena cava thrombosis by inferior vena cava balloon dilatation and stent implantation in patients,to analysis of perioperative nursing specialist,and to observe changes in symptoms in patients before and after treatment and adverse reactions.Results Through effective perioperative care,clinical symptoms were significantly improved,with no complications.Conclusion Careful and meticulous care and focused observation for the treatment have great value.
