地佐辛配伍丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨地佐辛配伍丙泊酚在无痛人工流产中的应用效果。方法选取2011年3～11月于笔者所在医院接受无痛人工流产术的孕妇64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组32例,观察地佐辛配伍丙泊酚在无痛人工流产中的应用效果。结果地佐辛配伍丙泊酚在苏醒时间和定向力恢复时间上明显短于单独使用丙泊酚,而且两药配伍还能显著减少丙泊酚的用量,同时,其镇痛效果也明显优于单独使用丙泊酚。结论地佐辛配伍丙泊酚在无痛人工流产中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
