摘要
目的建立注射用双嘧达莫细菌内毒素检测法。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版细菌内毒素检查法进行干扰实验。结果注射用双嘧达莫稀释至0.36 mg/mL后对细菌内毒素检查无干扰作用。结论细菌内毒素检查法用于注射用双嘧达莫热源检查可靠适用。
Objective To establish a detecting method for the bacterial endotoxin（BET） in the Dipyridamole for injection.Methods The interference test was conducted with reference to Chinese Pharmacopeia（2010 edition） on BET.Results There was no interfere effect in the detection for bacterial endotoxin in the Dipyridamole for injection which was diluted to 0.36 mg/mL.Conclusion It is reliable and applied for bacterial endotoxin test on pyrogen in Dipyridamole for injection.
