摘要
目的:观察奇正消痛贴膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的疗效。方法:选择我部2008年4月～2011年3月就诊的军事训练伤导致的急性闭合新损伤战士患者122例,随即分为治疗组(58例),对照组(64例)。治疗组采用奇正消痛贴膏治疗,对照组采用麝香解痛膏治疗。观察治疗后6h、1天、3天、5天、7天患者疼痛、肿胀、压痛、活动功能、综合疗效方面差异。结果:治疗组在治疗后3天、5天、7天,患者疼痛、肿胀、压痛、活动功能、综合疗效方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奇正消痛贴膏在治疗急性闭合性钦组织损伤的疗效优于麝香解痛膏,可以显著改善患者的疼痛、压痛、肿胀及功能活动等方面指标。
Objective：Observe the effect of treatment of Qi Zheng Xiaotong paste on acute closed injury of parenchyma. Methods：122 patients of acute closed injury of parenchyma in our clinic were randomly divided into treatment group（58 cases） and control group（64 cases）.Treatment group were treated by Qi Zheng Xiaotong paste.While control group were received She Xiang Jietong paste. Results：In treatment group,after 3,5,7 days treatment,the patient＇ s pain,functioning,tenderness efficacy and integrated effect were better than control group.There were significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effect of Qi Zheng Xiaotong paste were better than She Xiang Jietong paste.It can improve sympotoms of patients.
