摘要
目的探讨乳清蛋白联合谷氨酰胺的肠内营养支持老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床效果。方法选择24例老年股骨颈骨折的患者,分别于营养支持实施前、实施第4天、第8天、第11天测定血红蛋白、血清总蛋白和清蛋白,观察其随时间变化的情况。结果血红蛋白、血清总蛋白和清蛋白随时间推移逐渐好转,与肠内营养支持前相比较,除第4天血红蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肠内营养支持能有效改善老年摔伤患者的营养不良问题。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enteral nutrition support by whey protein and glutamine enhanced for old-aged femoral neck fracture patients.Methods Twenty four cases of elderly patients with fractures were selected to supply the nutritional support,then the indexes including heamoglobin(HGB),total serum protein(TP) and serum albumin(ALB) were measured on days 0,4,8,11,and the changes were observed.Results Compared with pro-nutritional support,HGB,TP and ALB in the rest of the time were significantly higher(P 0.01),but in the fourth day,HGB was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition support for elderly injured patients can effectively improve the problem of malnutrition.
