摘要
供器官短缺是全球器官移植面临的最大问题之一。我国器官捐献率明显低于欧美等发达国家,心死亡器官捐献(DCD)是现阶段解决器官短缺的关键性措施。我国DCD工作刚开始,涉及到一系列伦理、法律、人权等社会问题。为避免出现器官买卖现象,保障器官捐献工作的有序开展,必须加强器官捐献工作的规范管理,用法律来规范器官捐献的社会行为,用行政手段建立具有中国特色的器官捐献协调系统,用严谨的科学态度制定器官分配的规则和合理的捐献救助标准,以保证DCD工作的健康、可持续发展。
Organ donor shortage is one of the biggest problems that global organ transplant faced.Organ donation rate in China is lagging behind Europe and other developed countries.Donation after cardiac death（DCD） is the key measure that may resolve the shortage of organ source at this stage.At the beginning of the development of DCD in China,a series of social,ethical,legal,and human rights problems have emerged.In order to avoid organ trade and to allow the orderly conduct of organ donation,the standardized management of organ donation must be strengthen.The social behavior of organ donation should be regulated by law,and the coordination system of organ donation should be built on administrative management that fits the situation in China.Rules of organ allocation must be developed with rigorous and scientific attitude,and reasonable compensation and standards of family assistance for donation should also be considered.These may ensure a healthy and sustainable development of DCD in China.
