摘要
目的：分析和探讨患者出现恶心呕吐的发病机制和治疗方法，为临床消化内科恶心呕吐病症的治疗提供理论依据。方法：对于我院消化内科近期收治的出现恶心呕吐症状的患者198例，对其出现该症状的病因、发病机制和治疗方法等进行分析和统计。结果：功能性消化不良、急性阑尾炎和急性胰腺炎等疾病是引起的恶心呕吐的主要原因。结论：引起恶心呕吐的病因很广泛，可涉及人体多个系统，在治疗时应找准病因，对症下药。
Objective： Investigate and discuss the pathogeny and treatment of nausea and vomiting in clinic, to provide the theory of nausea and vomiting treatment. Method： Analyse the cause and treatment of nausea and vomiting in Digestive System Department. Results： Functional dyspepsia and acute appendicitis are the major causes of nausea and vomiting. Conclusion： the causes of nausea vomiting are extensive, involving almost every system of human body.
