摘要
目的研究地黄炮制前后5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的含量变化。方法采用RT-HPLC法测定生地黄与熟地黄5-HMF的含量。结果不同地区生地与熟地5-HMF含量明显存在差异,以河南产地的熟地5-HMF含量最高,炮制后增加约20倍。同一产地河南,而不同药店的熟地5-HMF的含量也存在明显差别,以广济药业的熟地含量最高,其含量也相对稳定约2.3μg/g。结论地黄炮制为熟地后5-HMF会大量产生,且地区不同其含量也不同。
ObjectiveTo study the change of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde(5-HMF) in Rehmanniae Radix after processing. MethodsThe RT-HPLC method was used to analyze the content of 5-HMF in Rehmanniae Radix. ResultsThe content of 5-HMF was obviously different in Rehmanniae Radix from Henan,Hebei,and Shanxi provinces.The content of 5-HMF in Rehmanniae Radix from Henan province was the toppest,which increased about 20 times after processing.In the same producing area,Henan provice,the content of 5-HMF in Rehmanniae Radix was significantly different in different pharmacies.The content of 5-HMF in Rehmanniae Radix from Guangji Pharmacy was the maximal,and it was relatively stable around 2.3μg/g. ConclusionThe 5-HMF in Rehmanniae Radix can evidently increase after processing,and it is different from different producing areas.
