摘要
基于有限元理论,运用ANSYS软件对一种主减速器在线检测系统中的实验平台进行模态分析,得到其振动特性,找出传感器放置的最佳理论位置,并将传感器放置于平台不同位置时所采集到的信号做对比,为检测系统传感器的放置提供理论依据。
The vibration characteristics of the on^line detecting platform for main retarder are obtained by using ANSYS based on FEM,so the best theoretical position to place the sensor is found.Then the signals are contrasted by putting the sensor on different places.The analysis results may provide a theoretical basis for the sensor placement.
