摘要
目的:通过观察助阳通便汤对慢性功能性便秘患者的结肠传输功能的影响,研究助阳通便汤对慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为观察组与对照组,分别应用助阳通便汤及非比麸治疗2周,应用结肠传输试验检测其疗效。结果:治疗前、后两组自身对照均有显著疗效(P<0.05)。治疗结束后第1天和第4周全结肠通过时间比较,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:助阳通便汤是治疗慢性功能性便秘的有效药物。
Objective：The purpose to observe the colon delivers function effect of ZhuYang TongBian Decoction which cure chronic functional constipation.Methods：120 Chronic Functional Constipated sufferer is random divided into observation group and control group,respectively application ZhuYang TongBian Decoction and FeiBiFu cure for two weeks and throug the colon delivers function to observe its curative effect.Results：Two groups all have curative effect（P〈0.05）.The effect of treatment group is better than control group.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：ZhuYang TongBian Decoction have definite therapeutical effect for treating chronic functional consipation.
