摘要
目的构建以事实性问题为选项的住院患者护理满意度测评量表。方法在美国医学研究所护理质量管理标准指导下,通过质性研究得出条目池,以事实性问题作为选项,应用Delphi法构建量表。结果经过2轮专家咨询,得出11个维度、28个条目的护理满意度量表。结论构建的护理满意度量表实用性强,体现了优质护理服务的内涵,采用以事实性问题为选项的评价方式,能客观、公正地反应护理服务的质量。
Objective To develop an inventory of inpatient satisfaction with nursing based on factual questions. Methods The item pool was formulated based on the quality control standards developed by Institution of Medicine in USA and the resuits of qualitative research. Then,the items based on factual questions were selected by Delphi method. Results After two rounds of expert consultation,an inventory composed of 11 dimensions and 28 items was formulated. Conclusions The inven- tory of inpatient satisfaction with nursing is practical and embodies the connotation of high quality nursing services,which can objectively reflect the patient satisfaction with nursing based on factual questions.
