摘要
利用单光束 Z-扫描技术 ,在波长为 1.0 6 4μm,脉宽为 38ps条件下研究了 1,2 ,8,9,15,16 ,2 3,2 4 -八异戊氧基钯酞菁 (octa- Pd Pc)掺杂有机改性溶胶 -凝胶材料的三阶光学非线性光学性质。测得它的非线性折射率 n2 和三阶光学非线性极化系数χ(3 ) 的实部分别为 1.1× 10 -12 esu和 1.6×10 -13 esu。对此进行了分析和讨论。
Using the single beam Z scan technique with 38 ps pulse at 1.064 μm, self defocusing was observed, and the nonlinear refractive index n 2 and the real part of χ (3) for octa-PdPc doped organically modified sol gels were measured to be 1.1×10 -12 esu and 1 6×10 -13 esu, respectively. The third order optical nonlinearity of octa PdPc doped organically modified sol gels is one order of magnitude larger than that of organically modified sol gel matrix.
