等温及连续冷却转变对模具钢组织的影响

Effects of Isothermy and Continuous Cooling Transformation on Microstructure of Mold Steel

摘要 将塑料模具钢锻后砂冷350℃回火,对低冷速连续冷却转变及不同温度下等温处理等不同状态下的组织进行分析,发现在760℃下保温,只产生少量铁素体。在珠光体区保温时,产生大量珠光体;贝氏体快速发生转变,在随后的保温时间内,该模具钢的等温转变组织更接近于回火组织。 The microstructure of plastic mould steel was forged under sand cooling, and tempering at 350℃, and was studied under low cooling rate and isothermal treatment at different temperatures. The results show that a little ferrites appear when isothermal treatment is at 760 ℃, but large numbers of pearlite form when pearlite zone is thermal insulated. Bainite transformation occurs quickly. At later isothermal treatment period, the microstructure of the mold goes through isothermy and continuous cooling transformation is similar to tempering microstructure.
