摘要
目的:观察光子嫩肤技术治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析了自2011年1月～2011年11月我院收治的86例面部毛细血管扩张患者,采用强脉冲光治疗仪进行治疗,根据患者面部毛细血管扩张程度和皮肤类型选择适当的治疗参数,其中波长为555～950nm、脉宽0.5～86.5ms、能量密度为10～14J/m2,平均治疗1～3次,间隔1个月。通过对比患者治疗前后的面部情况对疗效进行评价。结果:86例患者治疗后均得到3～6个月随访,最终治愈38例,占44.7%,有效率98.9%。全组仅有8例治疗后遗留黑色素沉着,1～3个月自然消退。患者面部皮肤光泽润滑、皮肤弹性增加、细小皱纹消失。结论:采用光子嫩肤技术治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效肯定,治疗周期短、恢复快,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective Observe the clinical effect of photojuvenation to treat facial telangiectasis by intense pulsed light.Methods Using retrospective analysis to analyze the clinical effect of 89 patients who were treated by photojuvenation from January 2011 to November 2011 in our hospital.The wave length was 555～950 nm,energy density was 10～14 J/m2,and pulse duration was 0.5～88.5ms.The number of cycles of therapy used ranged from 1 to 3,with 1 month intervals.Then analyze the clinical effect by comparing the two photos after therapy.Results All these patients received follow-up along 3 to 6 months.At last,38 of them were cured,and the total efficiency was 98.9%.There were only 8 of them who showed hyperpigmentation after IPL therapy,but after 1 to 3 months,this typical reaction disappeared.The facial skin became smooth with fewer wrinkles.Conclusion The clinical effect of photojuvenation to treat facial telangiectasis is better than using traditional methods.Besides the surgical time and recovery time are shorter than traditional methods,and this method are full of generalize value.
