摘要
辽河原油逐年来酸值增高、密度变大、含盐和含硫量有所增加,常减压塔顶冷凝冷却系统的“HCI-H_2S-H_2O”腐蚀日趋严重。加工辽河原油低温段高效缓蚀剂 IMC-97-C和 IMC-97-Q,在蒸馏现场腐蚀模拟器进行了评价试验,取得了优良的缓蚀效果。
With increasing acid value, density, salt and sulfur in Liaohe Crude, The HCI-H2SO4-H2O corrosion in overhead condensing system of atmospheric-vacuum unit was deteriorating. Evaluation test has been conducted on foe field distillation corrosion simulator for the high-performance IMC-97-C and IMC-97-G corrosion inhibitors for the low-temperature section in processing Liaohe Crude and'good results have been achieved.
