脂联素通过IL-6/STAT3/IRS-2信号通路增强胰岛素敏感性 被引量:5

摘要 胰岛素抵抗通常与胰岛素信号通路中的关键信号分子如胰岛素受体底物(insulin receptor substrates,IRS)等的含量降低或功能异常有关。脂联素作为一种抗糖尿病脂肪细胞因子,常通过激活脂联素受体(aidponectin receptor,AdipoR)1和2下游的两个关键分子AMPK和PPARγ来抑制糖异生、调节脂肪酸代谢,进而增强胰岛素敏感性。胰岛素抵抗肥胖小鼠(db/db)血浆中脂联素水平下降,
