摘要 实时荧光定量PCR(RT-9PCR)是把酶动力学、核酸扩增与杂交、光谱分析和实时检测技术巧妙结合的一项技术,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、重复性好、定量准确、速度快、全封闭反应等特点,因此广泛应用于病毒学、遗传性疾病、肿瘤和癌症的诊断等方面,成为分子生物学研究中的重要工具。文章根据MIQE指南简要介绍RT-qPCR规范的试验流程。 Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)is technology,which is killy united with enzyme kinetics,Nucleic acid amplification and hybridiation spectral analysis together,and widely used in virology,genetic disease,tumor and cancer diagnosis;it has the characteristics of strong specificity,high sensitivity,fine repetitiveness and accurateness,fast and totally closed raction.Therefore Real-time PCR has changed to a important instrument in research of molecular biology.Based on MIQE guide briefly describes the experimental process aspecification of RT-qPCR.
