有限切开内侧锁定钢板微创治疗Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨踝前有限切开联合胫骨内侧锁定钢板技术(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthe-sis,MIPPO)治疗Rüedi-AllgowerⅢ型Pilon骨折的手术方法,评价其临床疗效。方法自2003年3月至2010年5月共收治Rüedi-AllgowerⅢ型Pilon骨折54例,对其中32例行踝前有限切开联合胫骨内侧锁定钢板mippo技术治疗。取踝前小切口,先行胫骨关节面复位,缺损处予以植骨,内侧锁定钢板固定,最后复位固定腓骨。结果本组32例均获随访,随访时间6~36个月,平均8个月。骨折均骨性愈合,关节面平整。按mazur评分标准评定,优28例,良3例,可1例,优良率96.9%。结论该手术方式结合了骨折治疗的BO原则,具有手术操作创伤小、骨折固定可靠及骨折愈合快等优点。
