摘要
目的:综合评价平板运动(TET)对冠心病的临床价值。方法:将疑似患者进行平板运动试验及冠状动脉造影的结果进行对比,并根据患者的个体因素进行综合评估分析。结果:96例疑似患者对比CAG检验结果,总体敏感性为81.43%,特异性为73.08%,准确性79.17%,假阳性及假阴性分别是26.92%及18.57%。结论:平板运动的无创、经济及其操作的简易对于冠心病的诊断有重要的临床意义,同时,要注意平板运动的假阳性反应,在肯定它的作用时,要适当注意性别、患者身体状况、试验的正确操作等情况的出现,提高平板运动的实用性。
Objective： To investigate the clinical diagnositic value of treadmill exercise test（TET） on coronary heart disease.Method： Compared the 96 cases result of TET with the result of coronary angiography（CAG）,in order to analyze the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of TET on coronary heart disease.Result： The accuracy was 79.17%,sensitivity was 81.43% and specificity was 73.08%.False-positive rate was 26.92% and false-negative rate was 18.57%.Conclusion： There was a relation with TET and clinical diagnosis.The high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of TET,and the high economy and ease operation have clinical significance to coronary heart disease.In view of the false-positive of TET,the doctors should pay more attention to gender and physical condition of patients,the proper operation of test,etc.
