摘要
目的:了解葛根素注射液不良反应重症病例发生的主要影响因素,为临床用药提供参考。方法:检索1978～2011年国内医学类科技期刊报道中应用葛根素注射液所致严重不良反应病例19例,进行病例分析。结果:葛根素注射液所致不良反应的重症病例以过敏性休克为主,多数病例在发生严重反应之前已出现轻度不良反应。结论:使用葛根素注射液时要密切观察患者反应,对已出现轻度不适反应者切忌继续用药。
Objective： To understand the main factors of severe adverse reaction caused by puerarin injection and to provide reference for clinics.Method： Nineteen cases of severe adverse reactions caused by puerarin injection were retrieved in domestic medical journal from 1978 to 2011 and analyzed.Result： The patients with severe adverse reactions mainly manifested anaphylactic shock and most had mild adverse reactions before the occurrence of severe adverse reactions.Conclusion： We should observe the patients＇ response closely when puerarin injections were applied and stop to use once the patients feel uncomfortable.
